You can book by contacting us via our website contact form. We’ll discuss your pet’s needs, preferred schedule, and service requirements before confirming your booking.
-
No. For dog walking, house visits, pet waste pick up, and errands, we can arrange secure key or access instructions in advance. We'll always ensure your property is left secure before we leave.

Yes. We can send photos and message updates after visits or walks so you know how your pet is doing.
-
Yes. I take safety seriously and treat every pet with care, patience, and respect. I have been looking after animals since 2023 via Pawshake with 100% positive reviews and I grew up with cats. I am happy to discuss your pet’s routine and any special requirements before services begin.
Pet Waste Removal
-
Most customers choose weekly service to keep their lawns clean and hygienic. We also offer fortnightly, one-off, and customised schedules.
-
We securely bag the waste and dispose of it according to local council guidelines unless you have a preferred disposal method.
-
Yes, provided your dog is friendly and comfortable with visitors. If your dog is anxious or aggressive, we may ask that they be kept inside during the visit.
-
Yes. We work in most weather conditions. Severe weather may require us to reschedule for safety reasons.
-
We understand that dogs can occasionally become unwell. We can remove diarrhoea in most cases; however, very loose waste may not be able to be completely removed from grass or gravel surfaces. We'll do our best to clean the affected area and leave your yard as tidy as possible. If we notice persistent diarrhoea or signs that your dog may be unwell, we'll let you know so you can monitor their health or seek veterinary advice if needed.
Additional spot cleaning with Virkon for disinfection is available as an add-on.
-
Our service includes scooping and removing waste, topping up litter if provided, cleaning around the litter box, and checking that your cat has fresh water and appears happy and healthy during our visit. A full litter clean includes emptying the litter tray, cleaning it thoroughly, and refilling it with fresh litter that you provide.
-
Most litter boxes should be scooped daily to keep them clean, reduce odours, and encourage good litter box habits. Please see the Services page to find out prices.
-
Yes. We ask that you supply your cat's preferred litter so we can maintain consistency for your cat. If you choose a combo service which includes pet errands, we are able to pick up your preferred cat litter and clean the litter box for you on the same day. Please get in touch for a combo service quote.
-
We securely bag all waste and dispose of it in your household rubbish bin unless you've requested an alternative disposal method.
-
Yes. During each visit we'll make sure your cat has fresh water, appears well, and we'll let you know if we notice anything unusual.
-
Yes. If you'd like the litter tray sanitised, we'll use your preferred pet-safe cleaning products unless we've agreed to provide them.
Dog Walking
-
Every walk is tailored to your dog's age, fitness, and personality. Walks include exercise, opportunities to sniff and explore, fresh water if needed, and plenty of positive interaction.
-
We primarily offer individual walks to ensure your dog receives our full attention.
-
We offer flexible walk durations, including 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute walks.
-
Light drizzle usually won’t stop us. If rain is heavy or if weather conditions are unsafe, the walk will be cancelled and we'll contact you to arrange an alternative.
-
Please let us know about any medical conditions, mobility concerns, or behavioural issues.
-
Absolutely. We can follow your preferred commands and reward good walking manners, helping maintain consistency with the training you’re already doing at home.
-
Your dog's safety is our priority. Dogs are walked on-lead unless you've given permission for off-lead exercise in a safe, approved area and your dog has a reliable recall.
-
Yes. We are happy to walk dogs of all sizes, provided they are manageable and safe to handle. Please let us know if your dog has any behavioural or training needs.
-
We understand that some dogs need extra patience and space. It is important to tell us about your dog's behaviour before booking so we can determine whether we're the right fit and plan walks that minimise stress.
House Visit
-
Each visit is customised to your pet's needs and may include:
Feeding and fresh water
Toilet breaks
Playtime and companionship
Medication administration (if required)
Bringing in mail or parcels
-
-
We offer flexible scheduling, including one, two, or multiple visits per day depending on your pet's routine and our availability.
-
Absolutely. Every visit includes one-on-one time with your pet. We'll ensure they receive fresh water, food (if required), affection, enrichment, and a wellbeing check, not just a quick in-and-out visit.
-
Yes! We're happy to send photos and a brief update after each visit so you know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
-
That's completely normal, especially for cats and shy pets. We'll never force interaction and will give them the time and space they need while ensuring they've been fed, have fresh water, and are safe and well.
-
If your pet appears unwell or is injured, we'll contact you immediately. If urgent veterinary care is required and you're unavailable, we'll take your pet to your nominated veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic.
-
Yes absolutely! At no extra charge.
