Any purchases, veterinary fees, prescriptions, parking charges, or other third-party costs remain the responsibility of the client.

For the safety of our staff and your pets, we may modify, shorten, postpone, or cancel services during severe weather.

10. Veterinary Emergencies

If we believe your pet requires urgent veterinary attention, we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you.

If you cannot be reached, you authorise Scoopers Pet Services to seek veterinary treatment from your nominated veterinarian or the nearest available veterinary clinic.

The owner remains responsible for all veterinary costs.
