Sign up for a weekly or fortnightly recurring service and receive your first 2 services FREE! 2-month minimum commitment applies.

  • This promotion is available to new Scoopers Pet Services customers only.

  • Customers must sign up for an eligible weekly or fortnightly recurring service during the promotional period for a minimum of 2 months. Customers can cancel anytime after the 2-month period via email or text notification.

  • Eligible services include dog waste removal, dog walking, house visits, cat litter box cleaning, and other recurring services as agreed by Scoopers Pet Services.

  • The first two scheduled services will be provided free of charge.

  • The promotion applies to one recurring service per customer/household.

  • Additional services, add-ons, surcharges, or other charges not included in the standard recurring service are not covered by the promotion.

  • The recurring service must continue after the two complimentary services at the standard advertised rate.

  • Customers who cancel their recurring service before completing the agreed minimum commitment, if applicable, may be charged for the complimentary services already received.

  • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.

  • The offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

  • Bookings and recurring services are subject to availability and Scoopers Pet Services' service area.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact, property access, and pet information before their first service.

  • Normal cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to all bookings.

  • Scoopers Pet Services reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.

  • All services remain subject to Scoopers Pet Services' standard Terms & Conditions.

Book one eligible service and receive your second service FREE!

  • This promotion is available to new Scoopers Pet Services customers only.

  • The promotion is valid for bookings made during the promotional period: 11/09/2026 - 11/10/2026

  • Customers must purchase one eligible service at the standard advertised price to receive one service of equal or lesser value FREE.

  • The free service must be for the same service type as the purchased service.

  • For example, book a dog walk and receive another dog walk free, or book a pet waste removal service and receive another pet waste removal service free. This promo is especially suitable for one-offs.

  • The free service must be booked and completed within 30 days of the original paid service.

  • The promotion applies to one free service per customer/household.

  • Additional services, add-ons, surcharges, travel fees, or third-party costs are not included in the free service unless otherwise agreed.

  • The promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or special offer.

  • The free service has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

  • If the paid service is cancelled, the free service will also be cancelled.

  • If the free service is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period, it may be rescheduled subject to availability.

  • If the customer does not use the free service within the promotional period, the offer expires and cannot be redeemed later.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and Scoopers Pet Services service area.

  • Scoopers Pet Services reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
